1. Eligibility for Refund:

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of project delivery or milestone completion.

Partial or full refunds depend on the stage of work delivered.

No refund is possible for completed projects or digital deliverables once approved.
2. Refund Processing Time:
All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of request approval.

🚫 Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:
1. Cancellation Timeframe:

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

After 2 hours, work may begin and cancellation might not be possible.
2. Cancellation Process:

To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately at info@terrabitsolutions.com with your order ID.

If eligible, cancellations will be confirmed within 1 working day.
3. Exceptions:

Orders already under development or delivered cannot be cancelled.

Custom work started upon client request is non-cancellable once initiated.
