Refund Policy

At Terrabit Solutions, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with all our IT and digital services. However, due to the nature of digital products and services, our refund policy is as follows:

No Refunds on Digital Services

All services provided by Terrabit Solutions—such as web development, app development, graphic design, SEO, digital marketing, and others—are non-refundable once the project has been initiated or partially delivered.

Refunds May Be Considered in the Following Cases:

  • The service has not been started within 5 working days of confirmed payment, and no communication or project kickoff has taken place.

  • A duplicate payment was made accidentally for the same service.

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of the payment date to request a refund.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:

  • Change of mind after the service has started

  • Delays caused by lack of required input from the client

  • Completed or partially completed projects

  • Custom services or consultations already delivered

  • Third-party tool or plugin costs included in the project

  • Client’s inability to use the delivered product due to technical limitations on their end

Send an email to info@terrabitsolutions.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Project or invoice number

  • Payment details

  • Reason for refund request

Our team will review the request within 3–5 business days and respond with the final decision.
