1. Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of project delivery or milestone completion.

  • Partial or full refunds depend on the stage of work delivered.

  • No refund is possible for completed projects or digital deliverables once approved.

2. Refund Processing Time:
All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of request approval.

🚫 Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

1. Cancellation Timeframe:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • After 2 hours, work may begin and cancellation might not be possible.

2. Cancellation Process:

  • To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately at info@terrabitsolutions.com with your order ID.

  • If eligible, cancellations will be confirmed within 1 working day.

3. Exceptions:

  • Orders already under development or delivered cannot be cancelled.

  • Custom work started upon client request is non-cancellable once initiated.
